SAP Business Analyst



Life on the team

You will be responsible for helping to shape business optimizations, especially with regard to procurement business processes, tools and systems through change projects, as well as ensuring day-to-day business for complex requests.
You successfully complete change projects and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the procurement area.
You will work as part of the transformation team with a view to achieving improvements both in internal workspaces and in collaboration with external interfaces.
You identify process improvements and drive proposals for implementation.
You evaluate internal as well as external customer or manufacturer inquiries about changes in terms of feasibility, potential for improvement and effort.
You plan and execute test scenarios that are required with regard to system changes.
You develop project plans including the analysis of various systems (SAP) and manage the implementation of the project in collaboration with the responsible stakeholders throughout the company.
You will work together with partner management, customer management, logistics and internal service providers to ensure that the effectiveness of transformation projects can fully unfold within the company.
You develop tactical procedures and to achieve efficiency gains in the group and for partner management, e.g. through better use of SAP or taking more efficient ways to control customer processes on a European level.
You will be involved in the development and exchange of best practices between teams at European level.

What you'll need

Several years of professional experience as Transformation Manager f/m/d
Independent, solution-oriented way of working with strong relationship management skills
Presentation and communication skills and the interest in writing a success story
Experience in working in a virtual team
Strong in business planning as well as analytical skills
In-depth experience in dealing with various tools: especially SAP
Good knowledge of commercial business processes (sales & purchasing) from the preparation of quotations to sales and invoicing to the customer
Good product knowledge in the IT sector
Distinctive organizational strength
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests at the same time
Ability to act both independently and as part of a team
Analytical and systematic competence and way of thinking
Very good knowledge of German and English (French desirable), strong communication skills at all levels and ideally experience in working with international teams across continents
