This role will be primarily focused on delivering BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What You’ll Do
- Perform a range of complex technical work activities in endpoint and mobile device management to meet business and customer requirements.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and optimise configurations within Intune, MECM, and Co-Management, including policy configuration, Autopilot, CMG (Cloud Management Gateway), and Microsoft AutoPatch.
- Drive and implement effective build management processes for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, supporting a range of device types including Android, iOS, and Kiosk devices.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and cloud applications, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with organisational standards.
- Actively monitor, maintain, and enhance mobile device management solutions, including managing iOS, Android, and macOS environments for a unified and secure device ecosystem.
- Collaborate on patching strategies using tools like Intune (WuFB), AutoPatch, MECM, Jamf Pro and 3rd-party patching toolsets to maintain enterprise compliance standards.
- Provide 3rd Level Support for Jamf Pro and macOS environments, including advanced incident resolution, technical escalations, problem management and root cause analysis.
- Administer and maintain Jamf Pro services, including configuration profiles, policies, smart groups, device inventory, compliance controls and Apple device lifecycle management.
- Design, build, test, deploy and support macOS operating system builds, ensuring standardisation, security alignment, compliance and operational readiness across enterprise environments.
- Lead macOS patch management activities using Jamf Pro and associated Apple technologies to maintain security compliance, remediate vulnerabilities and ensure platform stability.
- Create, test, deploy and maintain macOS application packaging and software deployment solutions to support efficient and controlled software lifecycle management.
- Support Apple ecosystem technologies including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrolment (ADE), Volume Purchase Programme (VPP), enterprise enrolment and device compliance frameworks.
- Develop, implement and manage automation and reporting scripts using PowerShell and macOS Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency, troubleshooting and configuration management.
- Escalate and communicate issues in line with company processes to meet business and customer needs and provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively keep skills updated with industry standards and emerging technologies to drive innovation in endpoint and Apple device management.
- Provide technical mentorship, drive team improvement initiatives, and take on special projects as assigned to ensure operational excellence.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise environments, especially within endpoint and mobile device management.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM, Co-Management, Autopilot and CMG. Strong knowledge of Intune configuration, policy management, Defender for Endpoint and cloud security services.
- Operating Systems & Endpoint Security: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android and iOS environments, including deep experience with device compliance policies and endpoint protection.
- Device & Build Management: Proficient in managing Windows and macOS build processes, as well as Android and iOS devices, Kiosk devices and other mobile device management tools.
- Jamf & Apple Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Jamf Pro within large enterprise environments, including policy management, compliance enforcement, device provisioning and operational support.
- macOS Engineering: Advanced experience with macOS build engineering, platform administration, troubleshooting, operating system deployment, patching, software distribution and lifecycle management.
- Packaging & Deployment: Experience creating, testing and deploying macOS application packages and managing enterprise software deployment using Jamf Pro and Apple ecosystem technologies.
- Apple Enterprise Services: Experience supporting Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrolment (ADE), Volume Purchase Programme (VPP), Apple IDs and enterprise device enrolment processes.
- 3rd Level Support: Proven experience providing L3 support for complex Jamf and macOS incidents, problem management, technical escalations and root cause investigations.
- Cloud & Security: Knowledge of Azure, Office 365 and Microsoft security tools, including Defender for Endpoint and compliance policies for enterprise environments.
- Scripting: Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management and troubleshooting. Experience with Bash/Shell scripting for macOS administration would be advantageous.
- Compliance & Patching: Experience with WuFB, AutoPatch, MECM, Jamf Pro and other 3rd-party toolsets with an ability to ensure compliance and security across all managed devices.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Flexible, quick to adapt to changes, and eager to take on additional duties and special projects as required.
