Who We’re Looking For

We are excited to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our driven HR Team. In this role you will work closely with another Talent Acquisition Specialist BE/NL and other colleagues within the Belgian HR organisation. 


What You’ll do

In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction and selection; end to end candidate management; onboarding; supplier management and local employer branding activities.

You will work in close collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders, and you will participate in different HR Projects.


Your work will include:

  • Full ownership of end to end recruiting cycle, providing great candidate experience and service levels to the business
  • Recruitment from a till z; advise and manage stakeholders on business needs, recruiting methodology, marketing strategies, current trends, and talent approach
  • Future Talent Programme: together with your HR colleagues, the business and marketing – you develop a strategy to meet and recruit future talent. You will attend recruitment events and organise recruitment campaigns using innovative ideas and tools
  • Writing, optimising, and managing job advertisements across various platforms
  • Build trust and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strive for best practices and continual optimisation of recruiting cycle, processes, reporting and tool utilisation



What You'll Need


  • You have minimum >2 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Passion for talent attraction and good stakeholder management skills
  • You have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, a proactive approach, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • You are flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Very good communication skills, both verbal and written in English, French and Dutch
