Life on the team
The Service Director will be responsible for working across several key Managed Service Accounts with proven performance in leadership of global engagements.
Candidates should have experience in leading change programmes to drive Customer value through strategic transformation programmes to meet Customer demands/requirements.
Self-starter who can manage and lead across several complex service integrated account(s).
Must have proven success with executive leadership engagement, strategic transformation initiatives and relationship management, underpinned by continuous service improvement, driving consistency in service, SLA compliance, financial management and exceptional customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Establish productive relationships and networks at Executive level to build and maintain customer relationships
- Provide effective leadership to drive change successfully
- Accountable for overall budget/ P&L ensuring continued profitability across key Managed Service accounts
- Accountable for ensuring adoption of CC best practice and leveraging the latest service offerings to ensure consistency of service and value-add
- Creates advocates of our customers
- Acts as an ambassador for Computacenter Drive change, innovation and growth across CC Belgium’s Managed Services Accounts
- Contribute to Computacenter’s wider business strategy to expand existing Managed Services foot-print
- Motivate team to help ensure the delivery of operations, targets & continual service improvement initiatives
- Own complex operational issues and provide appropriate support to other team members
- Enable our people to achieve their full potential leveraging Computacenter’s core values
- Fully accountable for actions and decisions made by self and subordinates
Performance indicators
The following performance indictors apply across Belgium’s key managed service accounts:
- Successful management of key stakeholders (internal/external)
- Successful alignment of functional strategy with Customer business requirements
- Drive continual contractual growth
- Demonstrable credibility at a senior leadership level
- Delivery of ALL service levels in line with contractual requirements (inc. Customer Satisfaction)
- Ensure P&L/budget effectively managed to increase business performance
- Reporting on value outcomes delivered through continual service improvement
What you'll need
- Ability to build effective and constructive relationships up to and including Senior Management Level
- Demonstrable experience of working in a challenging commercial environment
- Experience of managing P&L/budgets to plan
- Experience of working at a strategic level to support Belgium’s Managed Services Customers to meet their goals
- Leadership of virtual Teams & experience of managing cross cultures
- Ability to identify and resolve significant customer issues whilst moving the business forward
- Ability to lead formal negotiations to achieve successful outcomes
- Ability to manage stakeholders in a highly political environment
- Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus
