As a Sales Manager Private you'll manage a team of Account Managers and work directly with large and strategic enterprise accounts.

This position requires a talented individual who can influence and present to a diverse and senior audience, with an enthusiastic and dynamic attitude and proactive approach.

What you’ll do

• Lead and motivate, coach and mentor, inspire and support the sales team to develop and drive behaviour and performance to drive and maximise profits
• Build a good understanding of the customer environment and competitor landscape to determine potential key growth areas
• Develop commercial strategies to maintain and increase market share and achieve customer & Computacenter business objectives
• Build and expand relationships “high and wide” in customer organisations to expand the partnership
• Measure CRM and forecast accuracy from the team; report forecasts and strategy to Sales Director
• Have regular Business Reviews with the sales team to define and follow-up strategic actions 
• You will report directly to the Sales Director

• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
