Inside Sales are here to manage and deliver product and supply chain engagements for our customers across the Group. With a team of circa 500 people across Germany, UK, France, and Belgium, we transact over 750,000 orders per annum. Our remit is broad and covers presales engagement, business take on, in life quote, order management and margin control as well as post sales billing management.

What You'll Do

We are excited to add a new opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Inside Sales Team. You will proactively respond to customers’ requests and will interact with (internal) sales and logistic colleagues. 

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

• Pre-Sales - ensuring quotations are processed within customer specific SLA, looking for best pricing and reducing costs, handling product specification enquires within timely fashion and ensure customer price lists are maintained
• Sales Order Processing - ensuring product and service orders are placed within customer specific SLA and running customer reports as required
• Post Sales - deal with any invoice queries, log returns correctly and within specific SLA’s

What You'll Need

The ideal candidate will be an expert in dealing with customers at all levels; you bring great interpersonal skills:

• You have experience in a similar Inside Sales role 
• Previous experience working within the IT sector is an advantage but not a must
• A commercial attitude with a result-oriented focu
• Excellent problem solving and customer management skill
• You have a professional & collaborative attitude and are detail-oriente
• Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels, customers and internal departments
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• You are proactive, willing to learn, hands-on and a strong team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French
