The role has a Global responsibility, though the majority of the team are based in the UK, Germany, France and Hungary.  The ability and willingness to travel is critical to ensure that stakeholders and employees contributing or affected by the business change are consulted with and actively contribute to a common goal.

What you would bring to the role:

  • Extensive experience of undertaking internal business change on multi-functional, multi-country programmes
  • Ability to work well with a wide array of Senior Executives including the CEO & CFO
  • Deep understanding of organisational cultural development and geographic cultural implications when implementing a common model
  • Broad understanding of end to end organisational operating models, associated systems and effective organisational design

  • Proactive nature to understand tomorrow’s demands from customers, including how the organisation should adapt to meet their needs
  • Passionate leadership, with ability to motivate a change agenda in the short and long term
  • Strong professional Programme Management, Change Management and Portfolio Management skills
  • Ability to articulate a wider process and systems strategy with business leaders throughout the company, explaining the “why” and “how” of Computacenter’s operation
  • Ability to establish and use data sources beyond financials to articulate the reasons for change and measure success
  • Effectively communicates to all stakeholders to build a strong coalition of support through formal and informal methods
  • Proactively builds out methods to develop the capabilities of the business change team whilst delivering a broad portfolio of successful business change programmes
