HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

Life on the Team 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team.

In this role you will work closely with another Talent Acquisition Specialist BeNe and other colleagues within the Belgian HR organisation.

 

 

What You'll do 

In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to find the best talent.

You will be part of a passionate team that values creativity, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Full ownership of end to end recruiting cycle, providing great candidate experience and service levels to the business
  • Recruitment from a till z; advise and manage stakeholders on business needs, recruiting methodology, marketing strategies, current trends, and talent approach
  • Writing, optimising, and managing job advertisements across various platforms
  • Future Talent Programme: together with your HR colleagues, the business and marketing – you develop a strategy to meet and recruit future talent. You will attend recruitment events and organise recruitment campaigns using innovative ideas and tools
  • Participate in different HR projects
  • Strive for best practices and continual optimisation of recruiting cycle, processes, reporting and tool utilisation
  • Build trust and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

 

 

What You'll Need

We need a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

You will bring:

 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced or ICT-related environment
  • A passion for talent attraction and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
  • A flexible, adaptable approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Fluent communication skills in English, French, and Dutch (both written and spoken)
