The CX Manager will be the person who will safeguard the execution of the service agreements that we hold with our connect customers. It contains the alignment between all stakeholders, installing a mutual agreed meeting schedule, service reporting and playing the role of a SPOC for this service agreement.
The objective of Computacenter’s CX Management is to help our customer to continuously realize tangible business value from their investments in digital innovations. The CX manager will assist our customers to drive value through the entire lifecycle which includes the adoption and integration of digital innovation into your business processes and applications.

What You'll Do


The CX Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships towards the trusted advisor role by working closely and pro-actively with customer teams to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.


In addition, he/she is responsible for:

  • Service Delivery performance
  • Install Base (IB) Lifecycle analysis
  • Discuss strategy and future technology roadmap
  • Organize Monthly IB review meetings
  • Provide Monthly Reporting on SLA reports
