Customer Executive - Inside sales

We are looking for a motivated Customer Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This is a newly created position driven by our continued business growth.

You are the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout pre-sales, order management, and post-sales processes.

What you’ll do

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high service quality
• Co-ordinating quotations and orders with internal teams and monitoring performance
• Ensure delivery in line with customer service levels
• Is responsible for pricing and margin checks, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
• Oversee customer stock management and collaborate with teams to optimize levels
• Manage customer deployment schedules and order instructions accurately
• Ensure orders and invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner

What you’ll need

• 1+ year of experience in customer service (B2B environment is a plus) or internal sales
• Proactive customer focus and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems proactively
• Good understanding of business processes and customer expectations
• Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French
• Ability to work in team environment
• Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
