Solution Architect

Provide presales technical support for sales opportunities, including the creation of technical design documentation.

The position requires either: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering and five years' post-baccalaureate, progressively-responsible experience in the job offered or in a related occupation; or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering and three years’ experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.  In addition, the position requires experience with Network Automation Tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Terraform; knowledge of programmable infrastructure concepts, including Python, networking API, Linux, and Container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes; experience designing in-depth technical solutions for networking platforms such as Juniper, Cisco, and Aruba; technical implementation experience; and experience creating logical and physical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Power BI, and Smartsheets. The position requires travel to various office locations and client sites throughout the U.S. up to 30% of the work schedule. The position allows working from home 3-4 days a week but incumbents must live within normal commuting distance of the company's offices in Westwood, Massachusetts and in-office work is required 1-2 days a week.
