The Human Resources Coordinator will help support and drive the business towards its corporate objectives. This position reports to the Director of Reward & HR Business Support and the responsibilities will focus on the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, initiatives, processes and practices in areas such as benefits, rewards, performance management, compensation, payroll, employee engagement, and business support. 




  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
  • Maintain the core HR data in the HCM SAP system and ensure the integration to ADP is working correctly to ensure the data is accurate between both systems.
  • Maintain ticket system for integration issues.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Create purchase orders and manage invoice processing for HR and benefit costs.
  • Maintain the HR mailbox.
  • Work closely with the benefit broker representative for benefit related inquiries and issues to ensure they are fully resolved.
  • Run ad-hoc reports as requested from SAP, ADP and UKG.
  • Assist HR team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, create communications, and any other administrative duties as requested.
  • Participate in HR related meetings, maintain notes and follow-up on pending items through resolution.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment, pay review, sharesave, and bonus planning for the US process.
  • Assist in maintaining employee files in all HR related systems and personnel folders.
  • Organize wellness initiatives such as flu shot clinics, informational webinars, etc.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with immigration and covid matters when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the weekly benefit census to ensure new hires are enrolled in the benefit system.
  • Maintain the quarterly FMLA census report and manage leave of absence process.
  • Assist with the preparation of promotion, change and raise notification letters.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by timely responding to employee inquiries.
  • Assist in developing, communicating, enforcing and maintaining company policies, procedures and processes while adhering to Federal and State employment laws.

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related field or equivalent Human Resources experience of 2+ years in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with ADP and UKG payroll systems.
  • Experience with SAP ERP system.
  • Experience maintaining calendars and communications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws related across the United States.
  • Ability to establish a rapport and build professional relationships among all levels of the organization. 
  • Excellent employee customer service skills, including being proactive and responsive, with diligent task follow through skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills are a must.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Extremely organized and process driven.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficient in MS-Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and has strong HRIS skills (ADP, UKG, SAP a plus).
  • Solid time management skills, a “can-do” attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, be decisive, and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
