TRG Onsite Level 1

TRG is looking for 3 Onsite L1 technicians in Mercedes-Vans team in Vitoria-Gasteiz

The standard scope of this role includes:

•    Call acceptance
•    Receiving incidents (HW, SW faults and problems) by telephone, intranet form, fax, e-mail and, if necessary, web tickets
•    Acceptance of service requests and forwarding to the responsible assignment group
•    Ticket creation
•    Acceptance and recording of incidents in the ticket system.
•    Prioritization of all tickets according to specifications (operating model)
•    Classification of all incoming incidents according to the specified definition
•    Recording of all data and information required for processing and resolving the incident.
•    Qualification on the basis of a knowledge base [page] Incident description and processing (e.g., incident containment, incident resolution or forwarding)
•    Analysis of incoming incident reports
•    Identification of the cause of a malfunction on the basis of a knowledge base, which is continuously maintained by the Contractor.
•    Processing of a checklist
•    Diagnosis (including checking the availability of the applications to be supported) of the reported incident based on the known and obtained information with the aim of solving and eliminating the incident.
•    Solve the Incident directly as far as possible. If possible, an attempt at resolution is made via remote access.
•    Document all resolution actions and status changes performed by the IT control centre in the respective ticket.
•    Incident Management – following the incident management standard procedure.
•    Update tickets within the IT control centre on an ongoing basis until they are closed.


Who? 

The TRG Team is looking for an IT professional with the following: 

Pre-Requisites & Experience 

•    Experience: at least 2 years in it support (Service Desk or Helpdesk).
•    Fluent in Spanish and English is required
•    Knowledge of IT in industrial environment
•    Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Details of the vacancy Information needed:

•    Permanent Contract
•    Fully presential  
•    Monday to Friday coverage – shifts in rotation (24/5). With the possibility of working on Saturday and Bank Holidays.
•    Pluxee card (Sodexo) 100€/month (11 months/year: 1100€ year) after 3 months and Sanitas after 6 months.
•    Free online language classes (GER, FRE, SPA & ENG)
