Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview

Our Senior Financial Analyst will take the lead on financial and operational analysis for the Deployment Services Team, including the reporting of KPIs and other financial and operational performance metrics and special projects. In this role, you will be responsible for quantitative and data analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations that maximize company profitability. On an as-needed basis, you will also provide analytical support to business unit and group leadership at all levels and across the organization.



  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Ensure daily data capture allows for metrics analysis and operations coordination.
  • Create reporting on Key Performance Indicators by utilizing financial and operations data
  • Participate in monthly close process ensuring costs and revenue are appropriately captured and reported - Work regularly with accounting to verify financial data
  • Prepare monthly reporting package using Excel and PowerPoint for presentation to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with the Services management team to improve operational and financial performance
  • Test new tools, reports and technologies related to job performance.
  • Work with existing software and programs to capture, validate, contextualize, and share findings.
  • Create forecasting process and forecasts using inputs from the team and utilizing existing tools.
  • Guides cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Work on special projects outside of standard analysis as assigned by manager

Education & Experience Required

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.


Skills and Competencies

  • 5-7 years of relevant analytical experience with preferred 2 years of finance and/or accounting background.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve operational accounting process and system issues: can present results in meaningful terms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead project teams across functions
  • Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications
  • High level of personal integrity and confidentiality.
  • Experience in using SAP or similar platforms
