Customer Executive Team Leader

Role Description
Computacenter is looking to recruit a full-time Customer Executive Team Leader. If you are a self-assured, dedicated, and an enthusiastic person, comfortable dealing with senior business leaders, driving a team of Customer Executives to achieve targets and align with the Customer Management mission then look no further!
This will be a hybrid role, split between office and home and pays a base salary as well as commission.

We are a commercially minded Customer Service function and forward-thinking team, which owns and manages all pre-sales quotations and pricing for customer bids. Our teams have deep knowledge of our customer requirements and contracts and are accountable for overseeing the overall customer experience within Group Technology Sourcing. We also work closely with the Country Units, Expert Services and Operations to serve our customers effectively.

Your potential Role


• You will be accountable for delivering an exceptional customer experience for Computacenter, managing a team of Customer Executives who will have a deep awareness and appreciation of our customer requirements and contracts 
• You will be part of a management team shaping the future of customer management in delivering a first-class service. Collaborating internally with a range of stakeholders at varying levels across the business, driving a growth mindset culture and a desire to achieve success for our customers and themselves 
• Your overall duty is to meet the commitments made to customers and internal stakeholders to successfully deliver a first-time customer experience
• You will also be accountable for the performance and development of your team
• Participate in customer steering committees and drives improvements on contracts in scope
• Promptly and effectively resolving customer escalations to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
• Process Management
• Attend customer reviews
• Analyses management reports to allocate work and report on trends
• Actively participates in recruitment of new employees
• Positively engages with team members, setting objectives and measures performance
• Drives personal and team development
• Identifies training needs in the team and guides in the search for suitable development measures
• Being an ambassador for Customer Management

 

You are the candidate


• You have a strong personality and great personal power: you can handle dispute easily whilst building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• You are self-starting, persistent and results oriented. You love to reach your objectives 
• You must be a team player, feeding back constructive comments for improving and enhancing the Computacenter products and services
• People management experience
• Demonstrates detailed knowledge of and recognise the direction of change in the marketplace, industry, consumer preferences and relevant stakeholders
• Customer services skills
• Independent, solution-orientated with good self-organisation
• Ability to build a forward thinking and collaborative sales driven team
• Strong communicator
