Quality, Compliance and Assurance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Quality Management and Assurance function for an assurance manager to help drive Computacenter’s quality agenda

 

Role:

 

The Quality Management & Assurance team are made up of experts who support the business in getting value from our quality and risk management activities. They do this by assessing, aligning and improving the overall quality of our services business in order that they can meet Computacenter’s quality objectives and strategic goals. As part of our continued growth and expansion we are now looking for a new addition to the team 

 

As an assurance manager you’ll act in a consultative advisory capacity to engage in  independent and accurate assessments of functions, processes and deals, to inspire confidence in the rest of the business to then promote the use of best practice and reduce the frequency and impact of poor performance. This leads to growth in our revenues and profits, as well as improved customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Improvement: Drawing on industry and CC best practice to develop and improve our quality strategy, maturity and overall outcomes for customers, shareholders and employees. Compile and analyse data to identify root cause and trending information relating to the quality of the services business. Continually evaluate review findings to improve the early warning systems for quality of service, and endeavouring to make these better at predicting quality outcomes, as well as the associated response methods
  • Assurance Assessments & Reviews: Conducting quality reviews of services deals in the pre-contract phase which have a high risk or where the business requires an independent perspective. Conducting reviews for functions and or propositions, against agreed quality and performance measures
  • Relationship Management: Develop, build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with other Internal Computacenter quality representatives. Maintain successful working relationships and be a credible Quality Subject Matter Expert with the Line of Service, Service Management and Sales Unit management
     

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Prince2 Practitioner qualification, ITIL Service Management, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner,  PMI, IPMA or equivalent professional accreditation
  • Extensive proven past performance in design and delivery of IT services and/or solutions.
  • Knowledge and working relationships with primary Sales Units, Service Management and Service Providers
  • Reputation in leading governance/assurance activities and producing analytical reports
  • Extensive stakeholder management and presenting experience.
  • Desirable industry related certifications such as ISQTB, ITIL, COBIT/CMMI, TOGAF, MOR or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in German or French is a distinct advantage and highly desirable
