Associate Technical Analyst - IT Service Desk

What you’ll do
- Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements with 1 to 3 years of experience.
- You will be working on industry leading technology and products including Cisco, HP, Aruba, etc.
- You will be troubleshooting complex network incidents across the regions.
- You will be implementing complex changes in network devices like Routers, Switches and Wireless controllers.
- Troubleshooting the incident events and logging history through tools including Spectrum, NNMi, Solarwinds, HP IMC. Working in Ticketing tools like Service-Now and VPN.
- Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you.
- Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you are working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- You will be working with dynamic team, who supports our customers 24/7.
- Maintain SLA performance targets.
- Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
- Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.
What you’ll need
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
- Previous experience supporting Investment Banking/financial environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of financial applications and MS Office suite of products
- Experience in customer service/support, client services, production support or technical support role
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft product such as O365, Teams, Windows OS 10, VPN.
- Advanced working knowledge of Windows OS 10, Apple Mac, and Mobile device (Apple, Android)
- Strong technical skills related to desktop, mobile, End User compute environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University with a concentration in IT or Computer Science related discipline is preferred but not essential
