As an Associate Technical Analyst (ATA), you will be part of a collaborative IT Asset Management team responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of IT assets across their lifecycle. This role focuses on Device Lifecycle Management (DLM), inventory accuracy, reporting, and coordination with IT support teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless asset operations. This position is ideal for professionals looking to build strong foundational expertise in IT Asset Management while contributing to operational efficiency and service quality.
What You’ll Do
Asset Lifecycle Support Support the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories from procurement to deployment and disposal. Assist in asset refresh, replacement, and retirement activities in line with business and compliance requirements. Asset Records & Inventory Management Maintain and update IT asset records in ServiceNow or other asset management tools. Track asset locations, ownership, and status to ensure accurate inventory data. Support regular inventory validation and stock level monitoring. Reporting & Documentation Generate routine reports on asset inventory, procurement status, and lifecycle metrics. Use Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to analyse and validate asset data. Maintain clear documentation related to asset movement, deployment, and disposal. Audits & Reconciliation Assist with periodic asset audits and inventory reconciliations. Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions to maintain data integrity and compliance. Vendor & Logistics Coordination Coordinate with vendors for asset orders, deliveries, and returns. Track purchase orders, receipts, and basic invoicing details. Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and collection of IT assets. Deployment, Disposal & End-User Support Coordinate asset deployment to end users in collaboration with IT support teams. Support secure and compliant disposal or recycling of retired IT assets. Assist in resolving asset-related issues such as replacements, repairs, or hardware failures. Help manage customer expectations to improve the overall IT support experience.
What You’ll Need
Experience 1–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or a related support role. Exposure to Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) is preferred. Education BE / BCA / BSc / BCom or equivalent qualification. Skills & Knowledge Basic to intermediate understanding of IT Asset Management concepts. Working knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Asset Management. Strong Excel skills for reporting and data validation. Familiarity with ServiceNow Asset Management or similar tools is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Compliance with internal policies, ITIL practices, and SLAs. Contribution to improved asset visibility and operational efficiency.
