Service Desk Team Lead

Location: Poland - Poznań (24/7) | Job-ID: 1813 | Contract type: | Business Unit: IT Service Delivery/Managed Services

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Create a stimulating team environment with an open communication culture
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Set clear goals for the team members
  • Provide clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required
  • Resolve customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and  minimise business impact
  • Plan and distribute workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met
  • Suggest and organize team building activities

 

Skills Required:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in customer care environment
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Fluent German and English
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Strong coordination skills to work activity for self and others
  • Excellent proven customer service skills
