Transition and Organisational Change Manager

As a future member of the team based in Poznan you will be responsible for:

 

Transition management:

  • The overall transition process from customer to CCPL or between CC locations: designing, planning and execution of Transition Plans
  • Ensure transition readiness of CCPL on service commencement date: resources, processes, operational procedures and tools.
  • Support and drive knowledge transfer, handover of performance and quality standards as well as continuous improvement

 

Change management:

  • Manage the transformation roadmap: drive and manage implementation of approved projects within defined timelines
  • Help develop strategies by assessing business challenges/needs/gaps, diagnosing the root problems and recommending an approach leveraging available CC resources and assets
  • Implement global and local changes/rollouts/initiatives

 

General:

  • Supervise project teams to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met on timely manner
  • Provide key stakeholder updates, Tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress
  • Develop and manage schedules, budget and resource capacity plans.
  • Manage relationship with key stakeholders and 3rd parties
  • Facilitating planning exercises / workshops
  • Oversee and manage dependencies, risks, issues and assumptions

You are the ideal candidate if…

  • You have 5+ years of working experience with 3 years preferably in the area of project management or change management
  • You have strong organizational skills
  • You are able to cooperate with many stakeholders across different organizational units
  • You work well under pressure and with minimal supervision, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills are must
  • You have and experience in leading projects, coaching and mentoring others
  • You have fluent English, German would be an asset
  • You are willing and able to travel up to 20% of time
  • You have professional qualifications: PMP, Prince 2, LEAN/SixSigma would be an asset
