Trainer

  Tasks: 

  

  • Design, develop and deliver training courses, and ad-hoc trainings 
  • Be comfortable with Soft Skill and Technical Skills trainings as well 
  • Create and update training schedules 
  • Create and update training materials according to the training curriculum 
  • Evaluate the success of delivered trainings 
  • Report on the training results  
  • Manage administration of trainings (registrations/cancellations, invitations, monitoring Training Team mailbox, distribute certificates) 
  • Co-ordinate external training programmes 

  

We are looking for you if you: 

   

  • Have proven experience in training others in a multinational environment 
  • Have positive mentality and professional approach to challenges and clients 
  • Have flexible approach with can-do attitude 
  • Are a self-motivated individual who is dedicated towards effective and efficient training 
  • Possess phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills 
  • Are a real team player with proactive mind-set 
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel skills are an advantage) 
  • Understand and actively use effective teaching methodologies and tools 
  • Have a good eye to details and manage quick changes well
