As a future member of the team based in Poznań you will have the opportunity to:
- Create a stimulating team environment with an open communication culture
- Oversee day-to-day operation of your team
- Set clear goals for the team members
- Provide clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required
- Engage with managers and customer stakeholders to ensure service is running smoothly
- Resolve customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimize business impact
- Plan and distribute workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met
- Take care of team members motivation and engagement
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in Service Desk environment
- Excellent communication skills for working with team and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from our office in Poznań
- Fluent English (min. B2/C1)
- Decision-making skills

Business maturity and professionalism in interactions with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to coordinate tasks and prioritize actions to meet deadlines and business goals
- Strong coordination skills to work activity for self and others
- Excellent proven customer service skills
