Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the function & the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to join an expanding HR Team and contribute to our business growth by coordinating the recruitment engine in the culture which supports automatization and continues improvement. You will be a key member of the team responsible for good cooperation and building strong relationships with various players of our talent acquisition process. You will also have a real influence in spreading our brand-awareness in a local and social network environment.


In this role, you will:
•    Work alongside our Key Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting flexible sourcing model which allows to respond best to our dynamic business hiring needs 
•    Own end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining high standards of operation by ensuring consistent governance, aligning all stakeholders around business priorities, adequate use of tools, quality and accuracy of reporting
•    Build and maintain good working relationships with key Recruitment Agencies ensuring efficient fulfilment of the business needs, support review and onboarding of new partners when required
•    Perform coordination and general administration for agency hires including support of end to end recruitment cycle, calendar and meeting management, processing of purchase requisitions and action memos 
•    Lead or participate in local and global improvement projects and initiatives to ensure recruitment process optimisation and adoption to the business needs
•    Support and coordinate various upskilling initiatives for hiring managers  
•    Drive the review and implementation of Employer Branding strategy in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition and Communication partners
•    Be a point of contact for group recruitment initiatives and support Head of HR with various recruitment related projects and tasks as required


You are the ideal candidate if...
•    You have experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruiting, Agency coordination) and are interested to learn more about recruitment process management in a fast pace, ever changing technology sector
•    You have a solid understanding and experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle 
•    You can build and maintain strong relationship with Recruitment Partners as well as all other stakeholders in the hiring process, at various level of seniority 
•    You have a track record of coordinating and participating in improvement projects
•    You are result-oriented, excellent in keeping deadlines and pay attention to details
•    You can work independently but you are a team player, constructive, flexible and responsible
•    You are a good organiser, full of creative ideas which you can drive from concept to completion
•    Experience in implementation of Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors) would be an advantage 
•    You are fluent in English
