Service Management Office Supporter

 

Description:       

The Service Management Office Supporter role will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements for Services, Service Management and partly Sales department are depicted in accordance with service contracts. 

 

Role requirements:

 

  • 1 or more years professional experience in the Service Desk environment experience
  • Very good experience with Excel 
  • German advanced (at least B2 level)
  • English communicative (at least B1 level)
  • Process and service oriented mind
  • Experience in working with contracts/offers/calculations will be an advantage

 

Work Management Scope of work?

 

  • Document verification, distribution and filling of quotations, orders and reports
  • Support and creation of Service quotations including calculations and specifications
  • Budget controlling
  • Set up, preparation and analysis of reports for the customers
  • Active communication to related interfaces (Service Management, Sales Teams etc.)
