Reporting and Data Specialist with German

The Reporting & Data Specialist is responsible for the implementation of client’s requirements for Services, Service Management and, in part, Sales Department in accordance with respective service contracts.

 

As a future member of the international team, you will have the opportunity to:

 

Service-compliant depiction of customer and Service Management/Sales requirements (70%)

  • Document verification, distribution and filing of quotations, orders, or reports
  • Support of Service quotations including supply of information to Service Management
  • Collection of internal sign offs
  • Provide required information (customer or internal information)
  • Billing preparation (creating, collecting and tracking of proof of performances and approvals, help clarifying differences and forwarding to billing department)
  • Budget Controlling (Service PO´s)
  • Set up, preparation and analysis of reports for the customer (if necessary, from customer tools, SAP, etc.)
  • General administrative tasks

 

Communication and relationship network (30%)

  • Active communication to related interfaces (Service Management, Sales Team, Contract Admins, Customer, SMO Team, etc.)
  • Follow up and collecting of open queries of the related interfaces
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant interfaces to ensure a smooth process flow
  • Distribution of important information to the team

 

You are the ideal candidate if…

  • You have 1–2 years of professional experience in an IT environment, ideally within commercial or administrative fields

  • You are fluent in both German and English (at least B2 level in each)

  • You have proven experience working with contracts, offers and cost calculations

  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • You are self-organized and able to set priorities effectively

  • You have a process- and service-oriented mindset
