Operational Excellence Specialist with German & English

The Operational Excellence Specialist will work across Remote Operations to drive pro-active changes to reduce our cost to serve and improving our service quality, customer satisfaction and reduce our cost to serve reporting.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of customers. Support the development of the Practices and Capabilities, working with the wider management team to effectively and efficiently introduce innovation and change to our people and operational management processes and tools.
As a future member of the international team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Undertake assignments, analysing customer requirements, gathering and analysing data to recommend solutions.
- Manage the design and implementation of small size, low risk solutions
- Give guidance to technical staff within an assignment to achieve appropriate outcome and deliverables
- Work as part of a team on larger solutions to ensure that hand over to relevant support organisation is successfully completed.
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across Computacenter
- Attend Customer opportunity meetings in order to ensure understanding of customer requirements and knowledge transfer
- Adhere to administrative processes in line with company guidelines
- Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation
You are the ideal candidate if…
- You have good and proven experience in a similar role (min. 1 year, incl. senior level responsibilities) and in interacting directly with customers and improvements
- You are proficient with communicating and reporting tools (incl. Excel, PowerBi, ServiceNow)
- You are fluent in German and very good in English (min. B2 both)
- You are able to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- You are able to act as part of a project team negotiation skills
- You have excellent time management, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
