  • Provide professional support to employees and leaders on payroll, benefits, HR policies, and processes
  • Ensure accurate and compliant HR data management in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors / Employee Central)

  • Monitor key HR deadlines (medical checks, contracts, H&S, trainings)
  • Support first level Employee Relations cases and escalate when appropriate
  • Coordinate Health & Safety activities within HR and cooperate with local H&S structures
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses for business, HR, and Finance stakeholders
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, SOPs, and internal procedures
  • Participate in HR process improvement, automation, and digitalisation initiatives
  • Work effectively with international Group HR functions, in particular Shared Services / HR Operations, to ensure smooth end to end service delivery
  • Actively contribute to a culture of self service, compliance, and continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

Must have:

  • Solid understanding of Polish labour law and HR administration
  • Initial experience in payroll processing and cooperation with external providers,
  • Ability to handle sensitive data in line with GDPR, ensuring confidentiality and high data quality
  • Strong Excel skills and high data management accuracy
  • Experience working with HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP / HRIS tools)
  • Very good Polish and English (working proficiency)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Service oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with benefits administration, PPK, Social Fund or foreign employees
  • Exposure to international or multi country environments
  • Interest in HR technology, automation, and AI tools, with a proactive approach and continuous improvement of HR processes (e.g. Copilot, digital workflows)

What we offer:

By joining our People Advisory team, you will become part of a modern HR organisation focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement — with real opportunities to grow and make an impact.

  • International exposure – work locally in a modern office in Poznań while collaborating with global HR and Shared Service teams
