HR Specialist

Role requirements:
 
•    
Proven experience of working in a similar role
•    Solid understanding of HR practices and Polish legislation and how to apply it within a business context
•    Fluent communication skills (Polish & English)
•    Diligence and attention to detail
•    Excellent customer service
•    Ability to prioritise own workload and multitask, ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines within a busy changing environment
•    Great team player with high sense of responsibility, who can work independently and make decisions within own remit of responsibility 
•    Mindset of problem solving and continues improvement
•    Experience of relevant HR/ business systems e.g. SAP or Success Factors, ticketing system would be an advantage
•    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
 

Your future tasks will be:
 
•    Payroll data collection and process coordination incl. providing relevant data to the external vendor and monthly process control
•    Time and attendance management including all type of absence using relevant systems/automating, creating resources and educating on processes
•    Create and maintain standard operating procedures and HR policies according to company business needs, reviewing periodically for legal compliance and relevance
•    Support to employees and leaders on HR policies, processes and legislation 
•    Remote and hybrid work activities' coordination
•    Co-operate with HR Helpdesk to handle employees' requests/ tickets via current systems
•    Ensure timely and accurate HR data management using systems
•    Support foreign workers administration and compliance control, collaborating with other related HR functions
•    Benefits review and coordination of regular updates
•    Undertake other various continuous improvement activities and projects as required
