Engagement and Training Leader

Location: Poland - Poznań | Job-ID: 61182 | Contract type: | Business Unit: Human Resources


The role at this level includes activities related to employee engagement management, driving the engagement initiatives in alignment with global part of organisation. As well as taking care of the internal and external communication, including the management of the social media channels.  Moreover, this role also includes managing all aspects of the training program (soft skills, leadership, communication) including planning, design, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation.


As a future member of the team based in Poznan you will be responsible for:

  • Employee Engagement Management within the team, running the engagement surveys, driving the improvement initiatives, and implementing both local and global initiatives
  • Internal communication within CCPL and across the teams, managing the generic mailboxes, and enhancing the communication inside the teams and between them 
  • External communication including social media channels, driving the initiatives, managing the information flow, preparing the communication plans and managing the external services providers
  • Alignment of all the aforementioned with the Operational, Recruitment and HR projects
  • Ownership of the Engagement & Communication Strategy design, execution and its continuous developments
  • Provide efficient & effective trainings
  • Leading internal projects related to trainings

  • You have proven professional experience in communication management /and leading engagement initiatives in an international environment
  • You have proven professional experience in training (leadership & delivery) and leading training initiatives in an international environment
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills – friendly, approachable and professional 
  • You are high energy, passion and enthusiasm 
  • You have ability to demonstrate confidentiality, empathy and sensitivity, especially when handling sensitive situations and information 
  • You present excellent written skills with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to adapt style to audience 
  • You have Presentation/ Graphic design Skills – structuring & communicating ideas using visual and other aids
  • You demonstrate excellent Organizational Skills – coordinating, planning, driving change 
  • You are flexible - Able to self-manage effectively, responsive, creative, adaptable, managing change
  • You demonstrate high level of English, written and spoken
