Second Line Analyst with German

 

 

About the function & the role:
 

The role at this level includes activities related to German and English technical support in written and spoken form, as well as Technical Leadership in own specific area of expertise. Second Line Analyst resolves technical issues for clients, advises them where necessary, coordinates small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.

 

Your future tasks will be:

 

  • Managing incidents and requests routed from 1st Level analysts and resolve within the limits of knowledge and contract
  • Performing a complex range of technical work activities to meet business customer requirements
  • Troubleshooting remote connectivity/VPN and various software issues, reinstallation of drivers, configuration of devices and peripherals
  • Providing updates and ensuring ongoing customer communication is maintained
  • Cooperating with various remote teams in German and English towards resolving customers’ problems
  • Translating and transferring technical information both verbally and in written between customers and Global 2nd / 3rd level
  • Managing and extending the KnowledgeBase


Role requirements:

 

  • English and German communication skills, both written and verbal, on at least B2 level
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Office software
  • Experience with supporting remote workers across a VPN
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, communication, and strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn new skills and invest in personal development
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Friendly, confident and professional manner
