Resource Manager
About the role
The Resource Manager determines the overall allocation of resources for a project. Resource Managers are a part of a project's development and coordination to ensure the right resources are provided to complete the project on time, within budget, and within scope.
What you'll be doing
- Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary liaison for staffing needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner closely with clients to collect detailed staffing requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for internal teams.
- Client Updates and Transparency: Provide timely updates to clients throughout the staffing process, ensuring clear and consistent communication to foster trust and accountability.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with sales, talent sourcing, and operational teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, costing and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversees scheduling for all technicians with the help of the management team.
- Ensures the coordination team is properly using all scheduling tools.
- Ensures all techs are adhering to the published schedule.
- Coordinates with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizes, attends and participates in stakeholder meetings.
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensures project deadlines are met.
- Determines project changes.
- Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assesses project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensures stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Facilitates and records meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Sources and manages techs where needed for each project.
- Documents financials for each project.
- Retains proper documentation for each project.
- May be required to perform other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
- May be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

What you have
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Coordination
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with staffing solutions and talent sourcing
- IT background a must
- Experience creating, reviewing, and managing statements of work
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Professional self-starter as well as working collaboratively with others.
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments effortlessly.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team that includes all levels of the organization.
- Project a professional image and strong business acumen during customer interactions.
- Familiarity with the technical concepts, terms and practices used in the assessment and implementation of Practice products and services.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other Project Management tools preferred.
- Ability to assess, create staffing plans and associated budgets within plan.
