Renewal Manager
About the role
The Renewal Manager provides day to day leadership for the Contracts and Renewals team. This role is responsible for maximizing the efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and profitability of customer or partner renewals. Additionally, this role acts as a focal point and monitors customer problems to ensure that they are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible.
What you'll be doing
- Ensure vendor support opportunities with manufacturer(s) are monitored and maintained to maximize capture of recurring revenue and soft margin while providing value to our customers.
- Manage documenting all renewal processes and sharing with team members.
- Maintains or improves overall OEM renewal rates.
- Ensures team is executed at agree upon standards with Director of Software Management.
- Conducts agreed upon number of audits on orders of direct reports quarterly.
- Provides coaching to direct reports toward goals and improvement.
- Manages direct reports overtime.
- Work closely with Sales, Partner Alliance Team, and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of services for the customer and partners.
- Accurate records of all sales activities and key contracts for assigned partners or customers.
- Assist team with daily sales operations challenges.
- Ensures maintenance of accurate records, reporting, revenue, profitability, and rebates.
- Assists in internal and external issue resolution or escalation.
- Coordinate educational activities and training for the team.
- Maintains an understanding of the overall Computacenter organization and ensures the team is kept abreast of any changes or new capabilities.
- Communicates pertinent activities with Sales Representatives and Partner Alliance Representatives.
- Manages expectations for customer with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you have
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Good knowledge and experience of Salesforce, SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language.
- Good self-organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm.
- Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations.
- Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains.
