Partner Manager
About the role
Are you ready to revolutionize the tech industry? We're seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to join our team and be at the forefront of innovation. As the Partner Manager at Computacenter, you'll be a key individual working with our strategic partnerships with some of the largest workplace technology vendors such as HP, Lenovo, Logitech, and Samsung. This role will be in-office during the initial training period and then migrate to a hybrid setup.
What you’ll be doing
- Commercial Partnerships: Work in the world of top-tier IT manufacturers and distributors. You'll be showcasing Computacenter’s capabilities and ensuring end-to-end operational efficiencies while supporting our Strategic Alliances team.
- Innovative Collaboration: Develop commercial relationships with vendors, shaping, and negotiating groundbreaking opportunities. Facilitate the creation of cutting-edge solutions that bridge the gap between Sales and Vendors, making a mark in large, complex deals.
- Maximizing Impact: Drive growth, change, and innovation across our Partner programs. Be the architect of strategies that maximize commercial benefits for Computacenter from various programs, ensuring compliance with vendor initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Support the roadmap for overall growth and engagement with Computacenter. Be the commercial expert while spearheading initiatives that will reshape the Partner landscape.
- Negotiation Mastery: Negotiate to secure the best pricing and terms for Computacenter. Manage rebates, marketing funds, and vendor contribution programs to enhance our bottom line.
What you have
- Experience: 5-7+ years of expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and commercial strategy development. Previous experience in a technology company, particularly in IT service delivery, is a huge plus.
- Strategic Vision: Contribute to our organizational vision and strategy. Input into collaborative forums that lay the groundwork for achieving our strategic goals.
- Innovative Mindset: Demonstrate your ability to drive innovation in deal constructs with a keen eye for emerging market trends and cultural needs.
- Presentation Skills: Showcase your ability to communicate complex issues and initiatives effectively. Be the go-to person for internal team members and a point of escalation for complex challenges.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Your commitment to maintaining and improving business profitability within assigned partner lines will be crucial.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
