Contract Staffing Expert
About the role
The Contract Staffing Expert serves as the primary point of contact for sales, solutions, and client engagement within their sector. This client-facing position is responsible for fostering strong relationships with sales teams and clients, understanding staffing needs, and articulating the value of our Staffing Services. By ensuring alignment between client requirements and internal processes, the Contract Staffing Expert drives successful placements and enhances client trust.
What you'll be doing
- Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary liaison for staffing needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner closely with clients to collect detailed staffing requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for internal teams.
- Client Updates and Transparency: Provide timely updates to clients throughout the staffing process, ensuring clear and consistent communication to foster trust and accountability.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with sales, talent sourcing, SMEs and operational teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, costing and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizes, attends and participates in stakeholder meetings.
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Documents financials for each engagement
- Assesses staffing risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Providing proactive recommendations and solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, costing and conditions with internal and external stakeholders
- May be required to perform other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
- May be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

What you have
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with staffing solutions and talent sourcing
- Organizational excellence to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- IT background a must.
- Experience creating, reviewing, and managing statements of work.
- Fieldglass experience is a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Professional self-starter as well as working collaboratively with others.
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments effortlessly.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team that includes all levels of the organization.
- Project a professional image and strong business acumen during customer interactions.
- Familiarity with the technical concepts, terms and practices used in the assessment and services.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
