Lead Delivery Manager H/F

Context
As a Lead Delivery Manager, you will join a competent diverse and friendly team in an international environment. You will oversee the asset management and procurement team, requiring a high level of data accuracy for one of our key accounts. 
You will lead and manage the delivery of run and change services, ensuring that high quality and customer satisfaction are maintained and that the services meet their contractual and financial performance targets. You will continually strive to improve both the efficiency & effectiveness of delivery processes and services whilst adding value for our customer throughout the contract lifecycle.

 

What you will be doing

Monitor the accuracy of asset database for a major customer by defining KPIs (40%):

  • You’ll manage the asset lifecycle of several hardware categories and ensure global delivery follow-up, including escalation with hardware third-party vendors and leasing companies.
  • You’ll crosscheck asset reconciliations with different source of data and monitor the corrections made by asset analysts.
  • You’ll monitor the backlog of orders and apply the procurement rules defined by Service Manager.
  • You’ll develop strategic tools to monitor data accuracy.
  • You’ll maintain a dashboard of statistics by asset status and follow up the stock level through an ITSM Tool.
  • You’ll identify risks and discrepancies on the asset database for several countries.
  • You’ll support local OSS (IT technicians at the customer site).
  • You’ll elaborate new processes considering Country/Region specifics.
  • You’ll manage some local projects.

 

Fulfil customer requirements (40%):

  • You’ll attend customer reviews, organise and host weekly customer meetings.
  • You’ll prepare presentations and review countries deviations
  • You’ll support operational issues and visit customer sites regularly.
  • Collaborate with other Service Managers of the contract (20%)
  • You’ll schedule weekly reports with the Service Manager
  • You’ll escalate issues to the Delivery Lead 


What we are looking for

  • Degree in IT or Data Analysis 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong skills in Excel
  • A good knowledge of Service Now would be a plus
  • Fluent in English 
  • Meticulous (data accuracy follow-up)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
