This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to come on board and take part in the expansion of process automation. This is a hybrid working role based out of Nottingham two out of five days a week. The RPA team offers a diverse and exciting work environment with continuous skills’ development and improvement.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Be able to fully utilise RPA (Blue Prism) functionality to deliver “Processes”
•    Analysing and understanding business processes 
•    Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions. 
•    Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles 
•    Creating and maintaining solution documentation. 
•    Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements 
•    Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks
•    Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases 
•    Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases 

 

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
•    RPA (Ideally Blue Prism) understanding
•    Work with business users, analyse the processes and document them 
•    Design Intelligent Automation solutions that achieve the outcome of the manual processes
•    Develop, test, and deploy the intelligent automation solutions into production
•    Develop and execute Unit and Integration tests
•    Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business users
•    Tune the intelligent automation solutions with adherence to the following non-functional requirements
•    Performance management/optimisation of RPA processes
•    Logging, Alerting and Exception Handling of RPA processes
•    The ability to conceptualise automated solutions
•    Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
