You will be joining a company at the forefront of the IT industry with their Service Desk based in Nottingham. You will thrive on problem solving in this service desk role - helping support end users to reset passwords using Active Directory, raising tickets on Remedy, and troubleshooting software & hardware issues. While being the first point of contact for customers, you will provide a high-level of customer service, responding effectively and accurately while working towards the agreed Service Level Agreements. 
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll be experienced in a customer focused role, ideally in a contact centre environment, and possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be a team player. You will demonstrate an organised approach to work, a strong attention to detail, and excellent telephone manner. You have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office platform and are generally PC literate. You won’t be afraid to ask for help, to ensure that complex incidents are dealt with above and beyond customer expectations.
