Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This role is instrumental in driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement, while scaling people operations in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.

 

Annual Salary Range: $150K USD


What you'll be doing

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with company goals and Winning Together values.
  • Work directly with leadership of the North America sales and solution sales teams, to implement people strategies that foster growth, performance, and a strong, inclusive culture.
  • Provide human resources support to sales and solution sales organizations.
  • Provide strategic support to Canada leadership team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Lead and support change initiatives including restructures cultural transformation.
  • Provide support in mergers & acquisitions, both diligence and transitions, post closing.
  • Align HR programs with business priorities to drive performance, scalability, and innovation.
  • Oversee succession planning, performance management, and career development frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with Learning & Development team to ensure development of employees and leadership through group and local programs and initiatives
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, including action planning from survey insights.
  • Implement key HR programs including compensation, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
  • Monitor workforce trends and risks, partnering with leaders to develop proactive solutions.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across business units.
  • Champion Computacenter’s mission, values, and commitment to a high-performance culture.


What you have

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP capacity.
  • Deep understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, data analytics, and managing remote/hybrid workforce strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Teams; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Solid understanding of the tech talent landscape, including technology partners, products, and services.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and communicating across cultures.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to build trust.
  • Resilient and capable of navigating high-pressure situations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with analytical and commercial insight.
  • Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach.
