Sales Enablement Ops Mngr
About the role
The Sales Enablement Operation Manager is responsible for the management of all operations associated with the North American Sales Enablement Function. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, they will be managing department budgets, facilitation of seller performance planning (Sector Performance Planning (SPP), Quarterly Business Reviews) and managing the operations and program creation, validation and evolutionary success of the Sales Associate early careers program. The position includes maintaining strong stakeholder relationships within Computacenter, with selected training providers, recruitment agencies and third party agencies used to drive the strategic sales plan as set by the Senior Vice President of Sales. Individual will need to be collaborative and creative with a passion for Sales and the ability to deliver under pressure. Due to the complexity of our business they will need to be inquisitive and must be able to demonstrate capacity to start and finish projects that drive business value to the broader organization. Some travel will be required to fulfil the nature of this national role.
What you'll be doing
- Full budgetary management of the Sales Enablement function for North America
- Operational Management of the Sector Performance Planning, Quarterly Business & other seller planning processes on behalf of sales enablement
- Design, Manage & Operate Customer Advisory Boards, Round tables & forums working alongside marketing and group executive team members
- Operational & Budgetary management of hospitality spend & ticket allocation / venue liaison
- Close liaison with marketing to design and ensure timely delivery of sales content to support field sellers
- Return of investment reporting on hospitality spend liaising with sector directors as required
- Program management of the Sales Associates early careers program for North America
- Overseeing job placement of Sales Associates & their overall learning experience
- Responsibility for definition and achievement of timed program milestones and targets
- Identify & partner with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to create and manage a first-class experience for Sales Associates
- Continuous measurement of program success, leveraging associate and stakeholder feedback and reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement
- Performance management of Sales Associates
- Collaborating with teams across the Computacenter group to adopt ideas and share best practice
- Identifying and communicating goals and objectives of the Early Careers Program
- Working alongside Talent Acquisition team to support on-campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions to identify and engage prospective candidates for Sales Associate program
- Updating Learning Management System (LMS) with program accreditations
- Maintaining and evaluating ROI of any third party licenses (eg Kahoot, LinkedIn)
- Day to Day business support to Director of Sales Enablement to include scheduling, leadership team co-ordination, induction and onboarding (as required)
What you have
- 3 years Business Operations or Co-ordination Experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Experience working in education or with Future Talent
- Supervisory and or Management experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Management of programs, including continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of sales environment & what it takes to be a successful seller
- Experience of providing management / stakeholders with business information
- Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Keen interest in development of talent & sales as a career
