Regional Facilities Manager
About the role
The Regional Facilities Manager for NA is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing operations personnel, driving performance improvements, and maintaining excellence across our NA real estate portfolio. This role involves managing office managers at each location, ensuring efficient facility operations, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and safety.
The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that all buildings and facilities across the assigned region operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, staff supervision, and continuous improvement of facility operations.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Contribute to portfolio financial management, meeting or exceeding defined budgets and applicable targets including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on annual budget processes
- Continuously review operating expenses, implementing cost-saving measures aligned with asset management objectives
- Develop and manage budgets for each office, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards.
- Produce monthly summary activity reports to the Head of Facilities
- 25-40% travel to other offices within the region.
- Manage the overview of property finance
- Manage facility vendors and contract dates for all locations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead energy efficiency or sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with CC Group (FGC) to identify, introduce and implement best practices and innovations from across CC
- Serve as an internal benchmark for service delivery excellence, supporting CC's business efforts
- As needed support the pursuit of expansion opportunities, engaging cross-functional resources to ensure operational success
- Lead a facilities team in delivering world class service across designated buildings/sites, ensuring compliance with agreed standards
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics for third-party service providers.
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration between all office managers and the relevant departments that we work with on a regular basis
- Spearhead asset replacement/refurbishment initiatives aligned with agreed lifecycle and workplace conditions
- Work with Health & Safety to ensure strict adherence to OH&S, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures
- Take ownership of assigned portfolio and proactively present opportunities for improvement

What you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of supervisory experience of a team
- 5 plus years experience with facility management
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Excellent working knowledge and experience using SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
- Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering motivation, engagement, personal development, and team cohesion
- Develop and execute comprehensive staff succession and growth plans
- Create actionable, measurable career development plans for each direct report, maintaining consistent progress discussions

- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language
