Partner Renewal Lead
About the role
The Renewals Lead serves as both an individual contributor and team mentor, managing the full lifecycle of vendor renewals from quoting through order processing. This role balances day-to-day execution of accurate and timely renewals across multiple partners with providing guidance and support to the renewals team. By collaborating with Sales and internal stakeholders, the Renewals Lead ensures efficiency, profitability, and seamless experience for both customers and partners while also acting as the point of escalation for issue resolution.
What you'll be doing
- Run regular reporting on assigned partners to ensure timely renewal preparation.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to obtain complete contract lists for upcoming renewals and consolidate as needed.
- Request or delegate quote creation for transactional vendors when appropriate.
- Review and adjust vendor-provided details to produce accurate customer quotes.
- Maintain and update renewal opportunities in Salesforce for assigned partners and transactional vendors.
- Partner with business leaders to determine correct customer pricing.
- Create and deliver quotes or quote templates with accurate quoting and ordering details.
- Provide business leaders with quotes/templates for customer presentation, highlighting any anomalies or key considerations.
- Generate material requests as required.
- Revise quotes within established SLAs based on customer or business leader feedback.
- Process purchase orders from Sales or Renewal Managers and submit sales orders under the correct customer entity.
- Ensure timely billing and update vendor portals with necessary customer information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you have
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge and experience of Salesforce, SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products.
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language.
- Excellent self-organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Can build trust, be assertive when required and show initiative and enthusiasm.
- Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains.
- Team-oriented working and thinking.
