Executive Assistant
About the role
The Executive Assistant role sits within the Business Support team to support two SVPs in the Computacenter North America leadership team. The Executive Assistant will provide project administration support services.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Assist with MS Teams maintenance and project administration folders and files
- Schedule meetings using MS Teams.
- Assist with travel arrangements and maintaining travel itineraries.
- Create, maintain and update presentations as needed.
- Capture meeting minutes as requested.
- Maintain calendars ensuring controlled time management.
- Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
What you have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language.
- Good self-organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm.
- Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains.
- Commercially astute.
- Team-oriented working and thinking.
