Cisco Software Lifecycle Manager

Position Overview
The Cisco Software Lifecycle Manager will report to the Cisco Partner Alliance Manager and will be responsible for managing business-to-business relationship with Cisco and our customers. Individual will manage Cisco lifecycle offerings, lifecycle rebates, and software adoption.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Leader of Customer Success Practice to support over all business plan and financial objectives for the Cisco Lifecycle Team
- Determine infrastructure needed to support the Customer Success team
- Assist in the hiring of required resources, such as Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
- Obtain commitment and follow through from the leadership teams, such as marketing, sales, engineering, and support
- Oversee and support new offer development, ensuring overall operational readiness, and driving business development for your new Customer Success offerings
- Ensuring effective technology adoption that leads to high renewal rates and expansion opportunities
- Work collaboratively across the company to ensure that customers are represented throughout every customer lifecycle stage, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and services
- Strong Focus on ensuring that all expansion, upsell, and adoption activities are being executed
- Foster cross-company collaboration
- Be an industry thought leader
- Prioritize Cisco CX Program Initiatives for back end profitably and rebates
- Understanding of all Cisco Services to better enhance all sales and engineering opportunities.
- Manage relationship with Cisco lifecycle team(s) and Computacenter United States to build the brand and the business around Computacenter’s Lifecycle offerings
- Develop strategic plan for overall growth and engagement with Computacenter United States.
- Drive change, innovation and growth across the Cisco’s Lifecycle offerings
- Maximize front and back end process for partner specific items such as rebate programs, partner-specific solutions, and more.
- Analyze and report on the teams initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics within the Cisco Lifecycle Team
- Act as a point of escalation on complex issues and providing appropriate support to internal team members.
- Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments.
- Work with Computacenter Sales, Marketing and Engineering team on Lifecycle related activities to drive demand
- Assist with customer-facing meetings in conjucntion with Sales and Services to close opportunities
- Work through lifecycle offers and or Cisco programs to help improve business profitability.

Education & Experience Required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience in broad knowledge Cisco Products and Solutions
- Experience with Cisco Software and Services Lifecycle offerings and programs
