What you’ll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (procurement to disposal) in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets using ServiceNow or similar asset management tools.
• Oversee inventory to track quantities, locations, and statuses of all devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile equipment.
• Generate regular reports on asset inventory, procurement status, and lifecycle metrics using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and collection of IT assets.
• Support asset deployment to end users and manage proper disposal or recycling of retired devices.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve hardware-related issues, including failures, replacements, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards, particularly in asset and configuration management.
• Provide timely documentation and reporting for stakeholders and audits.

What you’ll need

• Experience of 1–3 years in IT Asset Management with DLM experience.
• Education in BE, BCA, BSc, or BCom.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with IT asset audits and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ITAM tools.
• Understanding of ITIL practices in asset and configuration management.
• Effective coordination with vendors and logistics.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
