What you’ll do


  • Support ServiceNow solutions, offering guidance on the Now Platform and ensuring adherence to coding and design standards.
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide technical mentoring to team members in areas where you're an SME.
  • Communicate effectively on complex issues to meet business and customer needs and prevent escalations.
  • Stay updated on current and future Now Platform functionality to provide comprehensive responses to customer queries and suggest functionality adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to solve customer problems and enhance services.
  • Provide technical design authority for enhancements under support contracts and mentor colleagues on technical and behavioural competencies.
  • Contribute to technical procedures and standards, escalate issues as needed, attend customer meetings, and participate in ongoing training and certifications.


What you’ll need


  • 3+ years of experience in a Support or Technical Delivery role focused heavily if not entirely on the Now Platform.
  • Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from Pre-Sales/Sales, through to technical resource and Senior Management, with proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently when needed and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Proven JavaScript skills used to create complex scripts.
  • A desire to further technical ability through self-learning.
  • ServiceNow certified to the level of System Administrator and at least one CIS discipline.
  • To be eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC).
