Job Introduction
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Endpoint Security Consultant to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Security Consultancy Practice within Computacenter. The successful candidate will report directly to the Practice Leader, joining an already healthy sized team, but due to pipeline we need additional talented individuals.
The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, but also as an individual contributor. They will work in both pre and post sales consulting environments, developing strong solutions for clients, based on an array of technologies from multiple vendors. Due to the nature of the work involved, the successful candidate may find themselves co-ordinating multiple client activities at the same time.
Main Responsibilities:
• Represent Computacenter as a Subject Matter Expert for Endpoint Security in front of our clients. This includes Endpoint & Mobile security, Vulnerability Management and Compliance Management.
• Working within consultancy security engagements on all topics related to Security, including design, development, implementation and modification of solutions.
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing Consultancy delivery capability, in support of the Line of Business point services and solution strategies.
• To provide evaluations of current and emerging technologies.
• Participation in / supporting endpoint or compliance security reviews and gap analysis work.
• Assisting the Practice Lead in development of new offerings and services.
Required Experience
• You will have a strong background in Security, with a primary focus on monitoring & protection of endpoint devices.
• Long standing security experience is required, with relevant accreditations from vendors, and professional bodies.
• The ability to design and implement Enterprise wide security architectures for on-prem and cloud-based security solutions.
• Delivery of Advisory style consulting work such as delivery of Information Security workshops and gap analysis.
• Knowledge of the regulations affecting security is essential to this role.
Desirable Vendor/Product Experience
The selected candidate will have experience and qualifications in security products from one or more of the following:
• Tanium
• Tenable
• Qualys
• Microsoft
• Broadcom Symantec
