A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Consultancy Practice within Computacenter. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a consultancy position with focus on traditional, advanced and emerging and network solutions. 
Computacenter is experiencing high growth across all our networking technology services and the position will suit a candidate that enjoys a fast moving and varied role, working into enterprise customers that require the definition and delivery of advanced technology solutions.
Whilst the candidate will be expected to demonstrate the right level of technical expertise and certification in the disciplines required, Computacenter prides itself on continuous development of our employees. What you’ll do
Working as part of a team or as the engagement lead with experience in multicloud networking, SASE, datacentre networking, network simplification, automation, observability and application networking and a strong understanding and alignment of security as it relates to the previous technology areas. Leveraging this experience to deliver:
•    Enterprise level projects:
o    Advisory services
o    Architecture guidance
o    Roadmap definitions
o    Design advisory and guidance
o    Design development
•    Pre-Sales:
o    Requirements gathering
o    Solution definition
o    Technical costings
o    Governance representation
•    Attend Customer opportunity / strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategy for the company and customer.
•    Provide qualification of designs or opportunities and produce high-level architecture/design documentation
•    Work closely with Vendors / Partners to keep up to date with current and future technologies, products and strategies to manage the ‘cradle to grave’ solution provisions cycle.
•    Act as a Design Authority for nominated key accounts
•    Act as Technical Authority and lead for complex, enterprise-scale, mission-critical customer projects, throughout the project lifecycle – Campaign/Advisory, Pre-sales, Planning & Initiation and Delivery 
•    Work closely with peers and SMEs to create solutions for Computacenter customers
•    Support colleagues in Solutions Sales to identify and create new propositions and services to take to market
•    Research technology and deliver associated white papers to promote Computacenter’s offerings.
•    Maintain high level of industry awareness through training and self-development
•    Perform governance and due diligence around proposed solutions, ensuring they meet the documented customer requirements

What you’ll need  
•    Demonstrable expertise in assessing, defining and supporting Enterprise level network transformation projects, including:
o    Legacy network assessment
o    Network modernisation strategies
o    Cloud migration and integration
o    SD-WAN architectures
o    Network automation and orchestration
o    Security compliance and integration
o    Performance optimisation
o    Application visibility and optimisation
•    Proven expertise in multicloud architectures and technologies, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) implementations, automation, and network transformation.
•    Experience working with multicloud environments (including public cloud providers, cloud brokers and multicloud connectivity) and designing network solutions spanning multiple cloud providers.
•    Strong understanding of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) principles and architectures.
•    Proficiency in network automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python scripting.
•    Experience with network transformation initiatives, including legacy network modernization and migration to cloud-native architectures.
•    Relevant certifications: 
o    Cisco Certified CCNP or CCIE.
o    Palo Alto Certified PCSNE 
o    Fortinet Certified FNCSE
o    Zscaler ZTCA
o    AWS Certified Solutions Architect
o    Azure Solutions Architect Expert
o    F5 Distributed Cloud
•    Certification in network automation tools or programming languages:
o    Ansible
o    Terraform
o    Python
