A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Consultancy Practice within Computacenter. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a consultancy position with focus on traditional, advanced and emerging and network solutions. 
Computacenter is experiencing high growth across all our networking technology services and the position will suit a candidate that enjoys a fast moving and varied role, working into enterprise customers that require the definition and delivery of advanced technology solutions.
Whilst the candidate will be expected to demonstrate the right level of technical expertise and certification in the disciplines required, Computacenter prides itself on continuous development of our employees. What you'll do
•    Working as part of a team or as the technical lead with experience in:
o    Enterprise level projects:
    Requirements gathering
    Solution definition
    Technical costings
    Design creation – High Level Design and Detailed Level Design creation and/or input
o    Onsite customer facing activities
o    Outcome based deliverables
o    High quality documentation
o    Customer relationships
o    Personal time and quality management
•    Strong traditional networking experience supported by vendor certification
•    Exposure to advanced and emerging technologies: Data Centre Fabrics; Network Security; Network Automation (IaC); Cloud Networking and Security; Network Observability.
•    Broad understanding of network security
•    Input or lead pre-sales opportunities
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience as a consultant in a professional services organisation
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Excellent troubleshooting skills
•    Good presentation skills
•    Experience in attending workshops to steer and capture customer requirements
•    Owning high level designs to ensure the required solution is documented and delivered
•    Demonstrable hands-on expertise in delivering traditional and advanced network solutions

What you'll need

Technical Capabilities:

Expected networking certifications to include:
•    Cisco Certified CCNP R&S
•    Cisco Certified CCNP Data Centre
•    Arista ACE/CVP
•    Zscaler Zero Trust Certified Associate (ZTCA)

Desirable networking experience (in addition to expected):
•    Cisco ACI and/or VMware NSX-T (VCP-NV) design and delivery
•    Arista Datacentre deployment
•    Extreme Networks design and delivery
•    Cisco Thousand Eyes qualify, deploy and optimise
•    Cloud Networking and Security design and delivery
•    Cisco SD-WAN: Meraki and/or Viptela design and delivery
•    Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) design and delivery
•    Tufin and/or Skybox network deploy and discovery
•    Forescout IT/OT deploy, discover and optimise
•    SASE experience (i.e. Zscaler ZTNA)

Desirable programmability experience:
•    Terraform
•    Ansible
•    Python
•    Jenkins
