Life on the team


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Performance Architectures Consultant to join our Data & AI Consultancy Practice within Computacenter. The role will primarily be based remotely but may involve regular UK wide travel. We work with a range of enterprise customers to lead both pre and post sales engagements in complex design and deployment, projects working individually and within a team of highly skilled architects, consultants, and project managers. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, but also as an individual contributor providing thought leadership. 

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Define solutions for the analysing of large datasets, and optimising performance on NVIDIA and other platforms
  • Consult and deliver on design, implement, and optimise of AI architectures for a variety of applications, ensuring maximum performance on NVIDIA GPUs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our solutions and services, contributing to the overall strategy and service development
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and current technologies, applying new techniques and tools to solve challenging problems
  • Customer facing skills with the ability to propose solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship in areas of expertise, including guiding junior team members and participating in knowledge-sharing activities

 

 

What you’ll need

  • Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Porch
  • Proficient in programming with a focus on NVIDIA CUDA, C++, Python, and relevant data processing frameworks
  • Wider knowledge of high-performance architectural components such as Networking, Storage, and Compute across the Nvidia OEM landscape, plus understanding of alternative options
  • Demonstrated experience with NVIDIA GPU computing, including understanding of GPU architecture and optimization techniques
  • Edge, Datacenter, and Cloud architectural knowledge and use cases relating to Data and AI
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments, preferably on NVIDIA platforms
  • Strong client facing, communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Pre-sales and delivery experience in the area of enterprise data and AI technologies
