Customer Executive Manager

An exciting position has become available for a Customer Executive Manager to provide leadership for our dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will be accountable for delivering an exceptional customer experience for Computacenter, leading a team of customer executives who will have a deep understanding of our customer requirements and contracts.  Their role is to oversee the overall customer experience within Group Technology Sourcing.   The team is a commercially minded customer service function, which owns and manages all pre-sales quotations and pricing for customer bids.

 

We work closely with the Country Units, Expert Services and Operations to serve our customers effectively. 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Consistently reviews performance to ensure the team are working as effectively and efficiently as possible
  • Stakeholder management
  • Actively Plans and distributes workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met
  • Controls relevant cost lines to meet budgetary requirements
  • Identifies and implements suitable measures to increase sales and margins
  • Performs headcount planning for their team, implements necessary personnel measures at a divisional level
  • Resolves customer escalations in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
  • Attend customer service reviews were appropriate
  • Knows and controls commitments to clients e.g. SLA, quotation completion time, delivery time, penalties, etc.
  • Responsible for personal development for the team
  • Secures and optimises the process for selecting suitable new employees
  • Plans and executes necessary training measures

  • Experience of leading small to medium sized teams within a sales environment
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Deal with ambiguity
  • Commercial experience
  • Experience with reports and other management tools
  • Contributes to the vision and strategic planning process for their function and the company
  • Ability to build and develop cross-functional teams & relationships
  • Ability to identify strengths of individual team members and encourage use of those strengths to accomplish team goals
  • The Ability to build effective customer relationships
  • Demonstrates expert ability to influence the organisation and all stakeholders
  • Contributes to the organisational vision and strategy, and participates in collaborative forums across all functions within the organisation to create the foundation for achieving strategic goals
